Call the church to schedule a time of personal prayer in the sanctuary or chapel.  Masks and distancing required. Our clergy are also available to you for prayer and pastoral care (by phone) by appointment, 858-459-3421.
As always, we welcome your prayer requests for our weekly prayer chain with the Daughters of the King, parish prayer list, and/or clergy prayers, which may be shared with us by email info@sjbts.org, phone 858-459-3421, or through our online prayer request form located HERE.

  • Healing & Pastoral Prayers - In non-quarantine conditions each Sunday healing prayers are offered in the Chapel by one of our priests during Communion at both the 7:30 and 10:00 am services.  All are welcome to come with your prayer requests.
  • Confidential Prayer -​    Patricia Yuengling offers confidential prayer by appointment for any of your personal needs. She has been trained in healing ministries and has been providing healing prayers for many years. To make an appointment, email powerfulprayer4u@gmail.com.
  • Daughters of the King Prayer - You are welcome to put your name on the DOK prayer list by filling out the card found in the pew holder (shown at right),  calling the office, 858-459-3421, or by requesting online HERE.
  • Weekly Bulletin Prayer List - You are welcome to put your name in our public, Sunday service bulletin, by calling the office, 858-459-3421, or by filling out the online form HERE.
  • Centering Prayer Group - Normally at 11:00 am on Mondays, Library.  When we open again after the pandemic, join us for a time of meditative prayer in the Christian tradition called “centering prayer.”  This group is open to beginners and longtime practitioners alike.
