90th Annual White Elephant Sale ~Al Fresco

was held Friday Night, August 26 & Saturday, August 27, 2022

AND IS NOW CLOSED


We still welcome monetary contributions which go into the pool to fund grants after we hold the WES. The community’s needs remain great even while we are on “hold”.  If you would like to make a financial contribution now, please do so in one of these two ways:
  • Write a check (payable to Women of St. James; write WES in the memo section)

DONATIONS WERE ABUNDANT
We received your treasures until August 14!
DONATIONS were dropped off daily  August 14-19, 10:00 am-12:00 pm 
Last day to drop off donations was Friday, August 19, 10:00 am-12:00 pm
For each WES we request donations of only quality, clean, new or nearly-new, saleable items. 
Items or clothing not in excellent condition will not be accepted.
​We do not accept:
​Bed pillows
Car seats
Computers or printers
Cribs and cloth bumpers
Electrical appliances (unless new and in the box)
Exercise machines
File cabinets (metal)
Garage sale leftovers
Helmets (bicycle, hockey, 
     football, etc.)
Humidifiers
Laminated or particle board (IKEA) furniture
Large appliances
Mattresses and box springs
Paints, solvents, chemicals
Slide projectors and screens
Sofa beds and large recliners
TVs and stereos
Plain, clear glass vases from the florist
Window blinds
​The Books Department does not accept encyclopedias, magazines, incomplete sets, cassette tapes, instruction manuals, textbooks, or video tapes.
